We all made our way to South Philly on a Tuesday evening for a final few hours together before B heads westward, back home to Oregon. It's so rare that we're all around the same dinner table -- I can count the times over the last five years on two hands, and it always feels like I've found my true north again. Over glasses of wine and takeout and an assortment of gummy candies, we mused about new babies and strange co-workers and old haunts in the hometown that hasn't seen us all together in a decade, at least. We dreamed up a plot of land out west, a smattering of tiny houses, a home base for us all.
